Welcome to the ARBA Junior page - dedicated to our enthusiastic young members!

The ARBA mission statement for youth is

"To encourage youth to care and maintain Romney sheep as a way of learning responsibility. To encourage youth to join with other Romney youth to learn sportsmanship, enhance social skills, ethical behavior, leardership traits and a better understanding of success and failure."

We welcome Stuart Watson of Dyersburg, Tennessee, our new Junior Reporter!

Hello, my name is Stuart Watson and I am from Dyersburg, TN. I am proud to be your new Junior Editor and hope to be in touch with all of you.

I would like to wish everyone who showed this year, whether at a national show or a county fair, congratulations on a job well done. If you ever have the chance to go to a National show, I urge you to do so. It is very rewarding as a young shepherd to hear someone who has raised Romneys for a long time to say 'Way to go' or 'Good job'.

2006 NORTH EAST YOUTH SHOW

ARBA Juniors were well represented at The 2006 NEYSS show in July at the Big E in MA. Congratulations to all of the exhibitors for a good job…………..and thanks to Judge Joe Haddock, all the parents and friends of the young Romney people for the encouragement that they gave them.

Region 3 at Michigan State Fair

Over the 2006 Labor Day weekend, ARBA Region 3 held its regional show at Michigan State Fair, Detroit Michigan. The Juniors attending were: Michael Shelton, Meagan Hardy and Olivia Hardy.
